Email verification at sign-up
When you create an account, you'll get a six-digit code by email. Enter it, and your account is verified.
Why we ask for it
- It protects your account: without access to your email, no one can sign up in your name.
- It prevents a typo in your email from cutting you off from important notifications, like when an order is finished.
Good to know
- The code is sent automatically, and once you type the sixth digit, it's verified without you having to click anything.
- If you can't find it, check your spam folder and request a new one from the same screen.
- If you sign in with Google or LinkedIn, this isn't needed — your email is already verified by the provider.
FAQ
I'm not getting the code. Check your spam folder and request a new one from the same screen.
I typed my email wrong. Go back to sign-up and fix it — the code will be sent to the new address.
Does the code expire? Yes, for security reasons; if it expires, just request another one.
